  • Yes! We successfully work with clients all over the US. While we are located and licensed in California, we can legally prepare tax returns for anybody no matter what state you live in.

    If you do not live in the Tahoe region, we can securely share confidential tax information via the portal, meet virtually via Zoom, and satisfy all of your tax needs remotely.

  • That depends! For 2023 calendar year tax returns, non-extended due dates are as follows:

    • Partnerships: March 15, 2024

    • S-Corporations: March 15, 2024

    • Individuals: April 15, 2024

    • C-Corporations: April 15, 2024

    • Trusts: April 15, 2024

    • Tax Exempt Organizations: May 15, 2024

  • The quickest and safest method for sharing confidential tax information is through our secure portal, which can be accessed via the Client Portal Login. If electronic copies are not an option, we can meet in person or you can mail them to our office.

  • As often as you deem necessary to successfully achieve all of your tax and financial goals.

  • All items uploaded to the secure portal will be automatically removed after 30 days.

  • We accept a variety of payments including Venmo, PayPal, and checks - you choose what’s most convenient for you.
